SMALL-BLOCK MODIFIEDS, SPORTSMAN, AND ROOKIE SPORTSMAN SATURDAY, MAY 8 ON INTERSTATE BATTERIES AND TEXAS ROADHOUSE NIGHT
They're loud, they're fast, they're exciting to watch! On Saturday, May 8, the H.O. Penn Cat Small-Block Modifieds headline the Interstate Batteries and Texas Roadhouse Night racing program at Middletown, New York's historic Orange County Fair Speedway. Thirty or more Small-Block Modified teams and drivers will battle in qualifying heat and "last chance" races for starting spots in the $2,200-to-win 25-lap feature race. Tyler Boniface won the previous Small-Block feature race. Should he repeat his victory, he'll earn an additional $300 from the Wicked Truck Worx Back-to-Back Bonus.
Joining the Small-Block Modifieds will be the eager Arkel Motors Sportsman division drivers, whose qualifying races will determine the starting lineup for their 20-lap feature race. The Wicked Truck Worx Back-to-Back Bonus will also be in effect for the Sportsman competitors, with $200 in extra prize money for a repeat victory. And to round out the evening, the Precision Hydraulic & Oil Rookie Sportsman drivers have a 12-lap race in their third of six outings leading to "graduation" night and full Sportsman competition.
